離開繁華的東京,踏上東北長旅程,旅行現在才正式開始呢!上野身為大站之一,早上依然車水馬龍,早班秋田新幹線7:42和8:46,不想太累就訂了8:46的(還是很累啊!)。月台看到紅色車身的秋田新幹線,帥!普通車廂內是土黃色的座位,顏色不討好但還算舒適。若不計算北海道及九州,東京到秋田的路程差不多是橫越半個日本,經仙台、盛岡、角館、然後在大曲調頭再到秋田,總共要花4小時。跟很多長途列車一樣,沿路風景都是農田、農田和農田,所以早程最好的活動還是睡覺,哈哈!
◢Leaving busy Tokyo, the real journey began! Akita Shinkansen looked awesome with its red outfits. Excluding Hokkaido and Kyushu, the distance between Tokyo and Akita, via Sendai, Morioka, Kakunodate, Ōmagari, takes 4 hours across almost half of the whole Japan. The best practice for long-haul trains? Sleep.
秋田車站是個非常整潔的地方,沿西口出去,一直走都是商場式的明亮設計。大概5分鐘路程,就會看到右邊有迷你扶手電梯,下去就是佐藤養助烏龍麵秋田店了!佐藤養助除了主要在秋田市有總店及各大分店,東京都及福岡天神都有分店,估計也是大排長龍。12:45到達時簿上已有十多桌在前,而且全是本地人,應該要等半小時以上,就帶著行李跑去附近的千秋公園看看,只是後來又發現太遠看到入口處就折返,最後約13:20入座。
◢Akita Station was exceptionally clean with bright mall-like design. 5-minute walk from the west exit, Yosuke Sato can be found after a mini escalator on the right. Apart from the main store and many branches in Akita, Yosuke Sato has also branches in Tokyo and Fukuoka. There were more than 10 local tables ahead on the book when I arrived at 12:45. I intended to rush to Senshu Park with my luggage but returned soon after realizing it was not a short distance.

店內空間雖大但座位數目不多,跟很多日本食店一樣,明明裡面很多空桌,但依然不放客人進來,是要營造門外人山人海的假象,還是想完美準備好才招待客人?要趕上14:17的五能線列車,時間非常緊逼,幸好上菜只需十五分鐘左右。匆匆忙忙點了個二味天婦羅二段烏龍麵,後來才發覺不是多一團麵,是多一排麵(2團),所以建議結伴同行想省錢,二段是個不錯的選擇,畢竟天婦羅或是其他配搭都只是烏龍麵的配角!(好吧旅遊吃好東西就不要省那一點錢了XD)。
◢The schedule was really tight as I had to catch the 14:17 Gonō Train. I ordered a dual-favor tempura Inaniwa Udon (extra portion). Everything was just side dishes when compared with the Udon.

下面怪怪的糊掉好了XD 上面看起來CP值很高!
主角烏龍麵像藝術品一樣晶瑩剔透,入口幼滑清新,醬汁方面主要是麻醬及醬油,按喜好配些薑、蔥花、山葵等,而天婦羅也炸得很好,尤其蝦非常新鮮。性價比不算太高,但用餐及食材感覺都很高級,是值得一試的餐館,另外來秋田也可以嘗試很有名的比內地雞。14:08結帳,立刻跑回秋田車站,還剩一點時間隨便拍些環境照,像我這樣瘋狂的日程恐怕是沒幾個伙伴受得了。
◢The Udon was like a work of art and tasted fresh. The dual-favor included soy and sesame paste. The CPR was not high but the overall dining experience with fine ingredients worth a visit. Next time I may try the famous chicken here.

五能線白神觀光列車是當日重點之一,為了這路線花費的時間不少啊!除了每天只有2-3班列車,還得配合整體行程、新幹線接駁、住宿等等,加上日本五月初的黃金週,如果還想配上車上三味線演奏、自己想搭乘的列車類型及下車前往十二湖,簡直是難上加難。正如前篇的價格表,五能線的車費並不貴,但周遊券還是可以用。預約的時候,奇怪的事又發生了,就是極速爆滿!最初只能排後備,後來等了又等,換了又換才訂到14:17的車票,但是,上車時竟然是幾乎沒人的(十二湖倒是有很多人上車,但也不至於爆滿)。
Gonō line Resort Shirakami was the main focus that day. I spent hours in consolidating the schedule, Shinkansen, accommodation, and the like to work out the smooth plan in Japan's golden week period. You can also work together on planning the in-train Shamisen performance, train type and Jyūniko visit. Back to the day of ticket reservation, it was really hard to get a seat. However, there were only about 10 passengers at Akita (~50 at Jyūniko but the full capacity should be ~120)!

這次乘坐的是算是最舊款06年的車種,設施依然保養得不錯,沒有「青池」及「橅」列車的現代感,反而更切合慢遊海岸的心情。因為沒甚麼乘客,基本上我是全程在4卡列車遊走拍照,團體席也是隨便坐隨便拍,更有段時間是跟漂亮車掌小姐在車尾單獨共處(車頭跟車尾是觀景窗口,別誤會!)。秋田到弘前的車程約4小時,中途重要景點如千疊會放慢甚至停車讓你拍照,真.起點站東能代更有幾分鐘時間讓你下車慢慢拍。
◢Given lacking passengers, I was quite free moving around the whole train throughout the journey. There had been slow-down sessions or even stops for photo taking of major scenery.

和五能線配合的有二日券Free Pass,想在東北慢活飽覽十二湖風景是個好選擇。要一天內完成十二湖行程,建議是秋田留宿一晚,乘坐早班五能線,十二湖下車坐巴士,遊覽完再回去坐午班五能線,這樣對景點控來說是最理想的。
◢If you have the time, a 2-day free pass for Gonō line would be a sensible choice. For a full-day journey, you are advised to stay at Akita for a night, then go for the early train, visit Jyūniko by bus, and return for the afternoon train.
