New Project for newbie kitchen in Canada.

I have started learning cooking from the day arrived in Canada.

Similar to many of you, I gained essential knowledge from Youtube and Google.

This series is not about teaching you to cook like me

since I am also newbie and bad in ingredient knowledge and skill in using a kitchen knife in cookery.

Just would like to share how to prepare dishes in an efficient and effective way in Canada.

These years I travelled to Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Thailand, mostly by myself. I planned every trip and found it an enjoyable experience to get involved throughout the travel.
